PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an engine room structure and an engine cooling device of a construction machinery capable of considerably reducing noise. SOLUTION: In the engine room structure of the construction machinery to store an engine 26, a muffler 26a to muffle the noise of exhaust gas from the engine 26, a cooling package and a cooling fan, a cooling air exhaust duct 32 is fitted to an outer side of a wall surface 22 of a machine body so as to cover a cooling air exhaust opening 22a formed in the engine room 2B, and the dimensions and the arrangement of the cooling air exhaust duct 32 in the axial flow direction Y are determined so as to cover the engine 26 and the muffler 26a in the axial flow direction Y of the cooling fan.
