METHOD FOR DELIMITING BOUNDARY BETWEEN NATIONS

PURPOSE: A method for delimiting boundary between nations is provided to perform boundary delimitation by automatically finding a 3D(Dimensional) mid-point and mid-line uniformly dividing a desired area among multiple points on an ellipsoid, while the boundary delimitation is performed based on the principal of equidistant. CONSTITUTION: For determining the boundary between two neighboring nations, both reference lines wanting to find the mid-point are selected(S101). Three points on both reference lines and an initial value of the mid-point are selected(S102). After calculating a distance between the initial value of the mid-point and each reference point, candidates of the mid-point are calculated by using the calculated distance(S104). An effective mid-point is automatically discriminated from the candidates and is output(S106).
