PURPOSE: An outdoor unit of a multi-air conditioner is provided to easily repair components of a machine chamber by separating a machine chamber cover without interference, reduce a noise of a compressor, minimize installation space by connecting outdoor units, and smoothly perform heat exchange action. CONSTITUTION: A square-frame case(10) has an open part(12) at one side. Cooling fans(20) are installed at the upper side of the case. Outdoor heat exchangers(30) are installed at the open part. A mechanic chamber cover(60) is installed under the outdoor heat exchangers. Outdoor units are installed with right and left sides of the case contacted with right and left sides of the case of another outdoor unit.
