The invention relates to producing electric energy by directly converting chemical energy of a gaseous fuel into electric energy with the aid of solid oxide fuel cells. Said invention can be used for producing miniature thin-layer oxygen sensors, electrochemical devices for producing oxygen from air, catalytic electrochemical devices for cleaning waste gases or converting hydrocarbon fuel. The technical aim of the invention is to produce a low-cost bismuth oxide-based electrode-electrolyte pair exhibiting a high electrochemical efficiency which is used in the form of a basic part of a highly efficient, low-cost and long service life fuel cell. Said invention also resolves several supplementary problems whose solution is demonstrated by the example of two electrode-electrolytic pairs and methods for the production thereof, including a method carried out with the aid of a special organogel. |
