The invention relates to a seeder for distributing seeds and/or fertiliser, comprising a frame (1), a storage container (9), sowing ploughs (7) and depth guide cylinders (8) which are arranged behind said ploughs (7) and in addition to thereon, positioned in an inclined manner with respect to the direction of travel. In order to ensure with simple means that the earth which is thrown upwards by the chisel sowing plough (7) from the furrow (26) tothe side of the sowing slit forming banks of earth (25) is reintroduced into the sowing furrow (26) in order to ensure that the level of the earth is level after sowing, each sowing plough (7) is provided with two cylinders (8) when viewed from aboveare positioned in opposite directions in an inclined position which opens out into a V shape in the direction of travel.
