The basin has a narrow trough (1) including a slope (6). The slope is closed at an end (2) and opened at its opposite end (3) on a retention basin (4). The retention basin is arranged with an ergonomic handle (5) for permitting a usage of the basin in an upright position. The length and depth of the trough are designed according to morphology adaptation.
