PURPOSE: A folding seat storage apparatus for a vehicle is provided to store the seat conveniently without separating a headrest from the seat, and to cut down expenses and reduce process by eliminating the additional storage space of the headrest. CONSTITUTION: A folding seat storage device of a vehicle comprises a headrest(30) combined with a hinge assembling part(40) and folded in a backrest(20) of a seat(10); and a placing part(21) formed in the backrest of the seat and placed in folding the headrest. The headrest is folded to the placing part, and the seat is folded and stored. The headrest is fixed firmly by fitting a right protrusion to a fixing groove with turning the headrest. The seat is stored conveniently without separating the headrest, and process and expenses are reduced.
