FIELD: automatization of welding processes, namely of gas-shield electric arc welding of dressed and angular seams under flux. ^ SUBSTANCE: circuit for controlling speed of wire feed includes Schmitt trigger whose inlet is connected with current supply and outlet is connected with AND-gate. Second inlet of AND-gate is connected with pulse generator whose second outlet is connected with counter and third outlet is connected with register. Second inlet of counter is connected with AND-gate; outlet of counter is connected with inlet of register. Outlet of register is connected with digital-to-analog converter whose outlet is connected with one inlet of comparator and whose second inlet is connected with drive unit for feeding wire. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of welded joint due to enhanced filling of welded seam. ^ 1 dwg |
