PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a liquid discharging device or the like which can more precisely adjust a position of a liquid droplet trace to be formed to a medium by a liquid discharging part. SOLUTION: A formation position of the liquid droplet trace to be formed when the liquid discharging part discharges a liquid while moving toward a predetermined direction is adjusted on the basis of an estimated discharge speed of the liquid discharging part estimated from an actually measured discharge speed and the detection result of a temperature detecting means of the liquid discharging part.
