PURPOSE: An inner sole having a good effect of athlete's foot prevention and treatment, is provided to smoothly ventilate the air between the toes, to prevent the foot odor, and to newly configure the present inner sole for satisfying the excellent practicality and wearing sensation. CONSTITUTION: The inner sole(10) includes: many toe insertion portions(12) which are arranged on the upper part, seated by toes and each toe is inserted respectively into and whose both front and rear sides are opened so that each toe insertion portion(12) encloses the circumference of the corresponding toe. The toes are distanced from each other by the toe insertion portion(12) when a user puts on the shoes.
