<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to display more icons on a screen as to an information processor, its method, a recording medium, and a program by which more icons can be displayed on the screen. <P>SOLUTION: A curvature slider 271 can be slid by a user. When the curvature slider 271 is slid from the left to the right, the number of application icons to be simultaneously displayed on a reference display area can be increased without reducing the sizes of the application icons. Since the user can easily detect an application icon corresponding to an application required for the user, the required application can be quickly started.
