PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable and rigid high resolution delta-sigma error feedback modulator. SOLUTION: The delta-sigma error feedback modulator used in a digital/analog converter and a phase lock/loop, includes a Lth noise transfer function with L + 1 high order bit from a cancel element. Stability of the delta-sigma error feedback modulator does not depend on an input signal. Furthermore, it is not necessary to limit an out band gain of the noise transfer function.
