<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that, since, in the conventional water generator containing active hydrogen has a structure where rock for active hydrogen generation is filled into large-sized first/second rock storing vessels, it is convenient in large scale stores (supermarkets), industries, large scale hospitals or the like, but, it is not provided with conditions required as a generating means for hydrogen water formation for a bottle, and to provide a bottle with a hydrogen water generator which can generate hydrogen water in situ when it is carried and is needed, and can be used every time as a household stock item. <P>SOLUTION: In the bottle with a hydrogen water generator, the hydrogen water generator is composed of a cylindrical body provided with many perforations formed by a metal stock made of magnesium or the like, and a sack body filled with hydrogen water generating particles of magnesium, obsidian, tourmaline or the like and stored in the cylindrical body. The hydrogen water generator is provided freely detachably to the cap of the bottle, and the dipping of the hydrogen water generator into water of the bottle is practiced via a fastener release operation to the fastening means of the cap.
