PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combustion completion device with a movable inclined hearth plate capable of discharging burned ash, even if an enlarged matter is generated in the burned ash to make its discharge difficult, by crushing the enlarged matter or as it is while stabilizing/continuing a combustion state. SOLUTION: The enlarged matter generated in the burned ash A is compressed/broken by a clinker crushing means 32 to promote combustion, and the discharge of the burned ash A with the broken enlarged matter is facilitated. When an obstacle enlarged to such a degree that the compression/breakage of the enlarged matter by the clinker crushing means 32 is difficult is generated, the movable inclined hearth plate 2 is rocked in the opposite direction to the receiving tray i of a reversal fire grate g.
