PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vertical blind which need not weigh an operating load, has two codes circularly arranged in a head rail, and can move louvers to an end of the head rail. SOLUTION: According to the structure of the vertical blind, the louvers are hung from a plurality of carriers 12, respectively, which are movable in the head rail 10. The carriers include a first master carrier 12A which is moved by a first endless code 16 circularly arranged in the head rail 10, and a second master carrier 12B which is moved by a second endless code 18 circularly arranged inside the first endless code 16. Then the first endless code 16 is folded at one end of the head rail 10 by a rotary guide 32, and the second endless code 18 is inclined downward at a diagonally lower location or at a lower location of the rotary guide 32 by a slope-type guide 34, and then derived out of the head rail 10.
