<p>The invention relates to an energy-conversion system comprising a volumetric apparatus. The aforementioned volumetric apparatus comprises: two bodies, i.e. a stator (12) and a rotor (71) which can rotate around an axis of rotation (72); distribution means (10, 11) which can perform a sinusoidal-type to-and-fro movement, during a 360 DEG rotation of the rotor; and control means (23, 24) which act on the distribution means, thereby enabling the rotary motion of the rotor to be converted into the sinusoidal-type to-and-fro movement during a 360 DEG rotation of the rotor. According to the invention, during the piston to-and-fro movement, each piston (4) has a first stroke which is offset by 90 DEG in relation to a second stroke of the distribution means during the to-and-fro movement thereof.</p> |
