PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LNG cold utilization device capable of realizing environmental measures and energy conservation by effectively using cold of LNG. SOLUTION: The device uses the cold of LNG when vaporizing low temperature LNG to obtain natural gas of ordinary temperature. It includes a plurality of low temperature utilization facilities dividing a temperature range of the LNG from low temperature to ordinary temperature into a plurality of temperature zones, using the cold of each temperature zone, and carrying out respectively different low temperature utilization processes, and a passage 10 carrying LNG or natural gas of vaporized LNG to the plurality of low temperature utilization facilities in an order of lower temperature zones. It is characterized by that the plurality of low temperature utilization facilities is respectively provided with cold storage devices 11, 12 and 13 having the microcapsule type cold storage material including a phase change substance causing absorption and dissipation of latent heat in response to temperature, and capable of carrying out storage of cold and dissipation of stored cold.
