PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk device in which miniaturization and weight-lightening can be realized. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a frame, an optical pickup module fixed to the frame, and a circuit substrate in which a control circuit fixed to the frame is formed, the circuit substrate is arranged at a reverse side to a disk loading plane making the pickup module as reference, also, at least one part of the circuit substrate is arranged overlapping on at least one part of the pickup module in the direction of thickness of the frame, and the frame is provided with a fixing part for the other member.
