PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously receive the distribution of new contents from a server device even when receiving a denial response from the server device with respect to a distribution start request. SOLUTION: When receiving a permission response as the response of a server device 100 with respect to a distribution start request, a session information management means 209 of client terminal equipment 200 stores session information associated with permitted distribution in a storage part 204. When receiving a denial response from the server device 100, the session information management means 209 reads session information associated with the past distribution from the storage part 204, and a distribution control means 208 transmits the disconnection request of the past session to the server device 100 based on the session information, and re-transmits the distribution start request to the server device 100 after the disconnection.
