PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially stretched polyolefinic foamed film enhanced in heat sealability. SOLUTION: This polyolefinic foamed film is a laminated polyolefinic foamed film constituted of three layers, that is, a foamed layer (A), an intermediate layer (B) and a sealing layer (C) and characterized in that at least one kind of the resins forming the sealing layer (C) is added to the intermediate layer (B) in an amount of 30-70 pts.wt. and the intermediate layer (B) is not substantially foamed.
