<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high capacity non-aqueous electrolytic solution secondary battery which has a high capacity and an excellent charge and discharge cycle characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: This is a non-aqueous electrolytic solution which has a non-aqueous solvent and lithium salt and at least one kind of compound as expressed by a general formula (1) ( wherein, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>may be mutually same or different and each expresses alkyl group, cycloalkyl group, alkoxy group, alkenyl group, or alkynil group) is contained in the electrolytic solution.
