<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device capable of sharply in creasing an airflow of cooling air discharged from a fan and a heat radiation area of fins and of efficiently cooling a liquid refrigerant. <P>SOLUTION: This cooling device has the fan 50, the plurality of heat-radiating fins 67, and a pipe 52 through which the liquid refrigerant heated by heat exchange with a CPU 11 flows. The fan has a plurality of discharge ports 62a, 62b, 62c disposed such that the discharge ports surround a peripheral part of an impeller 54, and discharges the cooling air from the discharge ports to directions different from each other.
