PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic cooling device capable of enhancing efficiency of cooling work, and corresponding even to an object to be cooled that is produced in mass or variety. SOLUTION: The automatic cooling device is provided with a cooling box 18 wherein the object 12 to be cooled is placed, an input part 22 provided with a cooling passage passing a cooling fluid in an interior, and inputted in the object 12 in the cooling box 18, a lift 28 vertically moving the input part 22, and a nozzle 58 installed in the cooling box 18, selectively jetting wash water, supply water, or steam toward the input part to wash the input part 22.
