PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of collecting a used warhead with high collecting efficiency and accuracy and collecting metal recycled raw materials having high purity, using a dry screening device for screening contaminated soil, and its facilities. SOLUTION: After the contaminated soil is crushed by a ball mill 13, the used warhead 11 is collected from the contaminated soil by the screening device 15. At this time, conventional handpicking is not required, thus improving the efficiency and accuracy of collecting the used warhead 11. Because the contaminated soil is crushed before screened by the ball mill 13, the dry screening device 15 can be adopted which requires no treatment facilities for used water. The used warhead 11 after collected is sheared and crushed into a bullet core portion 11a and a coating portion 11b by a shaft shearing crusher 16, therefore permitting the collection of the metal recycled raw materials having high purity.
