PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve soil even directly under an existing structure using an injection method and to improve soil with high cost performance by localizing a soil improved region while suppressing land subsidence and uneven settlement and relieving amplification of earthquake motion to enhance a vibration attenuation effect. SOLUTION: In this soil improving method, a stabilizer is filled at high pressure into a liquefied layer 2 caused by the soft ground to be improved, by an injection method, and a plurality of improved grounds 3 of horizontal tabular shape are constructed in a multilayer state in the state of separating the middle by the unimproved ground.
