PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a cosmetic, shampoo, to obtain a hair-growing agent, a bathing agent, and a functional food material giving mild action to the human body, exhibiting especially superoxide dismutase-like (SOD-like) tyrosinase inhibitor action and α-amylase inhibitor action, containing useful minerals, amino acids, lactic acid, or the like, and produced by using Sake lees extract obtained by effectively using deep seawater as a natural material.

SOLUTION: The cosmetic additive, bathing agent and health food are produced by using the Sake lees extract obtained by the brewing of Sake using deep seawater. The cosmetic additive, and the like, are produced by using amino acids present in the Sake lees extract prepared by using deep seawater, peptides, minerals, tyrosinase inhibitor, α-amylase inhibitor, a superoxide anion radical scavenger, or the like.
