PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail transmission program for adding a BCC comment only to a BCC mail and transmitting the BCC mail with the BCC comment without displaying the BCC comment on an e-mail for a direct transmitting address or a CC mail address. SOLUTION: In the e-mail transmission program, a BCC address column and a BCC text input column 215 are displayed on a mail preparation screen 210, and when preparing an e-mail, a user inputs a mail address of a transmitting destination to the BCC address column, inputs a BCC sending reason to the BCC text column and transmits the e-mail, so that an e-mail for transmitting only the contents inputted to a document column 211 is transmitted to the transmitting destination of the mail address inputted to the address column and the CC address column by the mail transmission program and both the contents inputted to the document column 211 and the contents inputted to the BCC text column are transmitted to the transmitting destination of the mail address inputted to the BCC address column.
