PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fit spectacles to a user by performing the fine adjustment of a thick and firm end-piece part whose fine adjustment is difficult until now. SOLUTION: The spectacles are provided at least one or more notched parts 110 on the outer side surfaces 101 and 103 of the thick end-piece perpendicularly to the horizontal axial line J of the end-piece, and the recessed part of the notched part is filled with thermosetting resin 120, which is thermoset. Then, the end-piece is moved up and down, front and behind and right and left or moved to rotate centering an axial center, whereby the fine adjustment of the end-piece is realized.
