摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection/analysis system which can use an infrared imaging device or both it and a laser imaging device to automatically measure the float or both the floats and cracks of wall surface in a single process and then automatically analyze the pick-up image to extract/determine a defect, in failure check of wall surface for tunnels, etc. by using an inspection vehicle. SOLUTION: In this system, the infrared imaging device, composed of line sensors or both it and a laser imaging device, is scanned in the direction nearly orthogonal in the travelling direction of the inspection vehicle to repeat the inspection of an object, temporarily stores the pick-up image and distance to the object viewed from the imaging device, the azimuthal angle, the elevation angle and mileage of the inspection vehicle for each scanning inspection cycle, synchronize with any signal generated per each given moving distance of the inspection vehicle and then photograph the measured data of the entire object, in such a manner as extracting and memorizing the measured data of a specified single scanning inspection cycle from the measured data of two or more temporarily-stored scanning inspection cycles, these of which are automatically coupled/analyzed to extract/determine a defect.
