PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowing medium sampling device capable of collecting a flowing medium at an optional specified operation time. SOLUTION: The sampling device 10 comprises a collecting pipe 11 having a cutout part 11a at the tip, which is arranged through the combustion furnace wall 1A of a fluidized bed combustion device 11 to open its base end to the outside, the opened end being closed openably by a closing plate 14, and a sampling plate 12 arranged within the collecting pipe 11. An operation rod 13 protruded to the outside airtightly through the closing plate 14 is connected and fixed to the sampling plate 12, and the sampling plate 12 can be moved within the collecting pipe 11 by pushing and pulling the operation rod 13 from the outside.
