PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which is made convenient for the control boards housed in an inner unit of a case along with the curtailing of production cost. SOLUTION: The game machine 10 has an upper fixing part 55 at the upper part of the inner unit 51 of the case and the first and second engaging part surfaces 52 and 53 at the lower part thereof. The inner wall of the case has a screw 65 at the specified position for fixing the upper fixing part 55 at the inner unit 51 of the case and a latch part 61 which latches the inner unit 51 of the case by getting it engaged with the first and second engaging part surfaces 52 and 53 of the inner unit 51 of the case. When the fixation of the upper fixing part 55 at the inner unit 51 of the case is released, the opening part of the inner unit 51 of the case can be kept facing upward while maintaining the engagement between the first and second engaging part surfaces 52 and 53 and the latch part 61.
