The invention concerns a method for real time digital transaction between a user terminal (3) and at least two targets (5a, 5b, 5c), comprising the following successive steps: a) receiving a message (M) emitted by the user terminal (3), b) carrying out a dialogue with the targets (5a, 5b, 5c) comprising a transmission of the message (M) to the targets (5a, 5b, 5c) and receiving replies (Ra, Rb, Rc) emitted by the targets (5a, 5b, 5c), c) transmitting at least one of the replies (Ra, Rb, Rc) to the user terminal (3). Said method is characterized in that the dialogue, during step b), comprises parallel execution of at least two elementary tasks assigned respectively to the dialogue with each of the targets.
