<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonic image processing apparatus capable of changing and displaying the display state of a subject of display with a simple operation. <P>SOLUTION: In displaying a three-dimensional image in the apparatus, wall coordinate data of the three-dimensional image are prepared based on echo data (S21), and the wall coordinate data are converted as moved or rotated according to the present state (S22). Further, a crossing part with a three-dimensionally displayed cubic part in the wall coordinate data is extracted, and the image of the wall is drawn based on the data on the crossing part (S23). Then, a part crossing with the wall coordinate data after the conversion process is removed on each face of the cubic, and a tomogram on each face is drawn in the remaining region (S24), so that the three-dimensional image is drawn (S25). When the operation by an image input means is inputted, the procedure is returned to the step 22, and the process corresponding to the input operation is repeated.
