<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate planning of a promotional plan for a user. <P>SOLUTION: The promotional plan is created using a customer's attribute in a customer DB17, an access history of the customer in an access management DB18, and promotion plan creation conditions in a promotion management DB 19. The promotion plan has a promotion plan creation section 11 to be stored in the promotion management DB19; a customization reception section 12 which receives customization to the promotion plan, and store its result in the promotion management DB19; and a promotion execution section 13 which executes the finally decided promotion to customer terminals 21-23. Further, it is provided with a promotion evaluation section 14 which evaluates the promotion by comparing customer's access in the period when the promotion for an evaluation object is performed and the customer's access before the period and stores the evaluation result in a promotion evaluation section 14. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
