<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin foam treatment apparatus capable of reducing the purchase cost and transportation cost of a solvent and capable of minimizing the volatilization of a volatile solvent (if used). <P>SOLUTION: The resin foam treatment apparatus is provided with a dissolution tank (1) which stores water and a solvent having a specific gravity higher than that of water and in which a resin foam cast thereinto is dissolved, an evaporation separator (37) into which the solution formed in the dissolution tank (1) flows and which separates the influent solution into a gas and a resin by thermal evaporation, a cooling gas/liquid separator (46) which cools the gas from the evaporation separator (37) to form a gas and a liquid, and a recovery tank (51) which stores a solvent being the liquid separated by the gas/liquid separator (46) and returns the stored solvent to the dissolution tank (1). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
