PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce weight and cost without deteriorating workability and noise characteristics in a linear moving device having a slider in which two or more members formed of separate members are formed integrally with each other in an assembly process. SOLUTION: The slider 2 comprises a metal body 4, a synthetic resin frame 5, and an end cap 6. The frame 5 is detachably fitted to the outside of the body 4 by "shrink fit". A rolling groove 21a is formed in the body 4. A return passage 21b and a direction conversion route inner groove 53 are formed in the frame 5. A direction conversion route outer groove 63a is formed in the end cap 6. The radius R6 of an arc forming the recessed surface 63c of the outer groove 63a receiving a radius R5 is formed larger than the radius R5 of an arc forming the peripheral surface 53c of the inner groove 53.
