PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve durability of a planetary gear holding hole 10b arranged in a planetary carrier 10. SOLUTION: An internal teeth gear 4 is rotatably stored in a housing 2, and a sun gear 6 is rotatably arranged on a concentric circle inside of this internal teeth gear 4. A planetary gear 8 held in the holding hole 10b of the planetary carrier 10, is arranged between these internal teeth gear 4 and sun gear 6, and meshes with the internal teeth gear 4 and the sun gear 6. Both of these internal teeth gear 4, sun gear 6, and planetary gear 8 have a twisted tooth. A position of the center O2 of the holding hole 10b formed in the planetary carrier 10, is arranged outside a line C2 passing through the center in the thickness direction of the planetary carrier 10.
