PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stocker unit for a winding bobbin capable of efficiently stocking conical cone bobbins, delivering the cone bobbin aligning a direction of a small diameter part and a large diameter part of the cone bobbin, and transferring the cone bobbin to a winding device. SOLUTION: The stocker unit is provided with a frist stocker storing a number of emply winding bobbins, a bobbin delivery device delivering the empty winding bobbin one by one, an attitude control device axially aligning an attitude of the delivered bobbins, and a second stocker storing the bobbins with the attitudes axially aligned in the same direction. Further the second stocker can be freely moved between a position where the second stocker receives the empty bobbin and a position where the empty bobbin is loaded on the winding device.
