PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a servo motor control device to control deceleration by PWM duty control capable of enhancing the stop position accuracy of an object to be controlled and reducing noise generated when the device is stopped. SOLUTION: When deviation between a target position and a present position is below a deceleration control start determination value, an actuator having an electric motor 30 of a preset duty ratio is subjected to PWM drive corresponding to the deviation. As the present position is brought close to the target position, the duty ratio is reduced. During an on-duty period in a PWM period T, the electric motor 30 is driven by an H-type bridge circuit. During an off-duty period within the PWM period T, regenerative brake is applied by short-circuiting the winding of the electric motor 30 by transistors 56C and 56D to constitute a lower arm of the H-type bridge circuit.
