PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a recovery ship can not fulfill its ability in a serious emergency since spillage oil has to be moved to other ships or the ship has to return to a port to empty the hold every time the ship is filled with the spillage oil if all of the spillage oil is loaded thereon to be recovered. SOLUTION: The spillage oil recovery ship pours the spillage oil in a container or a bag on the spot of a spill to prevent direct contact between the spillage oil and water and the spread of the spillage oil, and returns it on the water surface to be carried by other ships.
