PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a key sheet of which the pattern layer is not damaged, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: A base material sheet 2 having a plurality of through-holes 3, each of which has a shape smaller than the bottom surface shape of each of key members 8, is arranged in a mold 6 having a plurality of cavities each of which has the shape of each of the key members 8 having flange parts 9. A transparent molten resin is injected in the mold and, after it is cooled, the mold is opened to take out a monolithic molded product wherein the key members 8 are integrated with the peripheries of the respective through-holes 3 of the base material sheet 2 at least at the flange parts 9 of the key members 8. Subsequently, pattern layers 10 are formed to the top panels and/or back surfaces of the key members 8 and the base material sheet 2 is cut to form the key member support parts 11 for supporting the key members 8 and a connection part 12 for mutually connecting the respective key member support parts 11 and a silicone sheet 13 with contacts is then laminated to the under surface of the base material sheet 2.
