<p>The invention provides an injector by which an operator can safely insert an intraocular lens without making errors. An injector (1) capable of inserting an intraocular lens which has a loop folded and carried in a cartridge into an eye by pushing out the intraocular lens while rotating the latter, the injector comprising an insertion start position indicating means (32) indicating the position at which insertion of the intraocular lens is started, and an insertion completion position indicating means (2) indicating the position at which insertion of the intraocular lens has been completed. In inserting the intraocular lens, the direction of the intraocular lens carried in the cartridge (6) can be easily understood, so that it is possible to prevent the loop of the intraocular lens from injuring the cornea or the like.</p> |
