PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To grasp the position of an ultrasonic vibrator in X-ray fluoroscopy without impairing the performance of an ultrasonic catheter. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic catheter 1 is provided with a catheter sheath 2, a driving shaft 53 provided from the base end to the adjacency of the distal end of a lumen of the catheter sheath 2, a housing 52 provided in the distal end part of the driving shaft 53, the ultrasonic vibrator 51 supported to the housing 52, and an elastic body 54 supported to the housing 52 and extending in the tip direction.
