PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding by which lint is prevented from being scattered, heat insulation property is not deteriorated even with quilting, quilting thread is prevented from being worn, and losing shape and deformation by biasing are prevented even after repetitive washing. SOLUTION: Cloth such as texture, a warp knitting fabric or non-woven cloth is defined as interlining 2. The interlining 2 is sewed onto an inner side fabric 3, so as to cover batting 4 with the inner side fabric 3 other than the outer edge of the interlining cloth 2 on one or both sides of the interlining cloth. An intermediate base material pack 1 is sewed onto an outer side fabric, which is obtained by a batting retaining work such as a quilting work or a Japanese style stitch work after putting the interlining 2, the fatting 4 and the inner side fabric 3 together.
