PURPOSE: To provide a musical sound synthesis device capable of attaining high speed multiplication processing with simple constitution and obtaining a natural musical sound by an timewisely change in a tone color. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a waveform data generation device 11 generating the waveform data, an envelope data generation circuit 12 generating the envelope data linearly changing for the time and an operation circuit 13 provided with a data conversion table storing the data multiplying a value answering to the waveform data by the value answering to the value linearly/ exponentially converting the envelope data to an address specified based on the waveform data and the envelope data and multiplying the value answering to the waveform data by the value answering to the value linearly/exponentially converting the envelope data by using the data conversion table. |
