PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the loads and costs of account management in respective computers managed by respective different administrators in a wide area distributed type processing environment. SOLUTION: After checking the verification of a user terminal ID, a right imparting server 110 transmits account management right information 102 to a user terminal 100 through the Internet. Even when a calculation utilization request is outputted to all computers 120, the user terminal 100 presents the account management right information 102 received from the right imparting server 110 through the Internet and transmits calculation processing request information. Each computer 120 receiving the account management right information 102 generates user's accounts when account management right indicated by the account management right information 102 is a valid right, and performs a calculation processing in accordance with the user's request.
