Compounds of general formula (II), or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, are of use as antitumor agents, where R?1 and R1'¿ are the same or different, and each group is -H or -OH; the group R2 is -H or -CH¿3?; and the group R?3¿ is -H or -CH¿3?; and can be isolated from marine sponges.
