ROUNDED AGGREGATE RECYCLED FROM CONCRETE WASTE, METHOD FOR UTILIZING THE SAME, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing rounded aggregate recycled from concrete wastes and being capable of improving strength without increasing a cement amount by removing mud from fine particles just before a fine particle adhesion step.

SOLUTION: The method comprises raw material grinding step A of grinding raw aggregate made from concrete wastes so as to round the raw aggregate and fine particle layer adhesion step B of mixing the ground aggregate and the fine particles obtained from step A with cement and water to adhere fine particle layer composed of the fine particles bonded with the cement to the external periphery of the ground aggregate to thereby obtain a rounded aggregate with a rounded contour. The fine particles before being subjected to step B has been freed from mud.
