PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector assembly with a stable insulation between an elastic short-circuiting member and a connecting terminal by a short-circuit releasing plate (namely, release of short-circuit), even if a female and a male connectors rattles after complete fitting. SOLUTION: Sub connectors (14, 15) housing the elastic short-circuiting members (24, 27) and the short-circuit releasing plates (19g1, 19h1) are arranged in the vicinity of a part (13d: a locking protrusion) of a first main connector (11) to which a lever (20) is locked at a complete insertion coupling of the first main connector (11) and a second main connector (12).
