PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyamide-based elastomer excellent in toughness, low temperature flexibility, elongation recovery, flexing fatigue resistance, repulsive elasticity, transparency, etc., as important practical material physical properties of a thermoplastic elastomer and a balance of hardness (Shore D) and elongation recovery, and a method for producing the same, especially an aliphatic polyamide-based elastomer and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: This polyamide-based elastomer is characterized by being obtained by polymerizing (A) a polyamide-forming monomer, (B) an ABA-type triblock polyetherdiol expressed by general formula (1) (wherein, (x), (z) are each 1-20; and (y) is 4-50) and (C) a dicarboxylic acid.
